Here at The Tabor Group, we are professional wedding venues Essex hosts, we host weddings, functions and corporate events for over 20 years, we consist of four prestigious venues, the views of our company are that we want to fulfil the dreams of all our clients by providing unique settings and a flawless service. When you choose one of our venues your function will be the only one held there on your chosen day and you are offered full use of the house and grounds, either fully staffed or on a venue only basis. Each one of our buildings is of historic interest and is fully refurbished to a high standard, offering a traditional fell, with all the modern comforts you would expert.

We are one of the country’s leading wedding and function venue providers, we started with a single venue, Fennes in North Essex which is the family home of the Tabor family for over 400 years, we have always offered on an exclusive-use basis, Fennes has a reputation for excellent service and stunning surroundings, today Fennes hosts functions ranging from weddings to charity balls, school proms and corporate events.

We are a family run company that has acquired two further venues across the country, each venue offers modern facilities combined with beautiful surroundings and an impressive level of customer service, nothing is too much trouble for our clients!

Our wedding venues Essex which includes, Fennes and Parklands. Our Fennes venue was transformed into a wedding venue in 1995, the venue now comprises the original house which has been beautifully renovated and two adjoining silk-lined pavilions, which has the capacity to provide small and intimate weddings through to those with 550 guests. Fennes also provides an award-winning Clay pigeon shoot school on site which makes Fennes a perfect venue for team building weekends. Fennes as well as all our other locations includes a honeymoon cottage and thirteen additional luxury guest rooms for overnight accommodation.

Parklands was opened as an exclusive-use wedding venue in 2003, our Parklands venue can accommodate anywhere between 30 and 120 guest for a wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests with a dance floor for evening entertainment, we can accommodate larger weddings in the permanent pavilion, which can hold up to 650 people with 22 guest rooms, including a honeymoon cottage, we have plenty of room for guests to stay.
